How Haruno works
From the files a company sends to a reviewed month.
We set up the review workspace with you. After that, every month is the same four steps.
Collect the files
Put a company’s files in its folder: the QuickBooks exports, the Excel package, the reconciliation binder and the budget.
The files as the company sends them
Confirm the mapping once
Haruno drafts the account mapping from the files themselves and asks only what no file says: materiality, which schedules to expect, the capitalization policy.
Your answers carry over to every close
Close the month
One run builds the ledger, runs the integrity checks, and writes the statements, the binder and the dashboard.

Review and report
Resolve what you can and send the investor report. Every reported month is locked, and changing one later takes a written reason.
Fully reconciled, or reported with exception
Financial reports are not the same as financial oversight.
A statement can balance while an account is missing from it, and a plausible number can lead to the wrong conclusion. Four rules shape every review Haruno does.
A variance is not a finding.
A month that moved against its own average gets a question and an explanation. A finding is something that does not tie, and it stays on the record until it is resolved.
For exampleIn May, R&D lab supplies ran 183% above their three-month average: two annual invoices, and a question about prepaying, not an error.
A blank is not a zero.
Missing data is named, never filled in. A comparison uses only the months that exist, and nothing is invented to complete a chart.
For exampleA budget that stops in April is compared over the four months it covers, not six.
It proposes. You decide.
Materiality, the capitalization policy and going concern stay your calls. Haruno asks for them, shows the figures behind every proposal, and changes nothing until you confirm.
For exampleThe solvency panel reports going-concern indicators. It never concludes.
The lock is not a verdict.
Every reported month is locked as fully reconciled or reported with exception. Changing one later takes a written reason, kept beside the month.
For exampleMapping one missed account reopens 41 locked months, each carrying the reason.
